Staying Healthy

Honestly though, what a pain this was. I couldn't find a fast and easy 2d animation software, so I went to comic making. My self esteem dropped as soon as I realized I couldn't finish a comic in time. Now, I resort to doing this; a blog post. I'll try to do this correctly. Call me out on anything I did wrong.

-----------------------------

The human body was designed for decision making and activity. Eating healthy and exercising can help your body in numerous different ways. Making sure to eat foods from the five food groups is extremely essential for your well-being. The results these actions make to your body are amazing. An example of what exercising and eating healthy can do is that it lets you have strong bones. Calcium     rich foods and drinks can help your bones get stronger. This will make your bones less prone to breaking.

Now, the most important food groups are fruits, vegetables, meats, grains, and dairy produce. Good examples of fruits would be oranges, cherries, strawberries, and so on. Examples of vegetables could be spinach, bitter melon, and etc. For meats, fish and the usual meats you see in local stores (such as pork, beef, chicken) are excellent in protein. If you don't like eating meat, beans could be an option for you. For dairy produce, milk, yogurt, and of the such are great for your essential vitamins.

A diet of chips and sugary Arizona Teas won't make you any healthier. Swap those chips out for some potato wedges. Change that Arizona Tea for a bottle of water or 100% sugar free juice. (You can't always trust "100% sugar free" juices though. Make sure to check the nutrition facts. A good serving of each food group can boost your energy and your body will thank you for it.

Making sure to eat healthy is essential for your body. Like I mentioned above, sugary drinks and chips won't get you anywhere. I have listed the suggested servings for each food group below. Hopefully, this will convince you, the reader, to eat healthy.

Here are the suggested servings for each food group. For grains, it should be at least six servings per day for a 1,600 calorie diet. If you're going for a 2,000 calorie diet, you should eat six to eight servings of grains. For fruits, you should eat four servings a day for a 1,600 calorie diet. For a 2,000 calorie diet, you should eat four to five servings a day.

For dairy products, the suggested amount of servings for a 1,600 calorie diet is two to three servings a day. It is the same for a 2,000 calorie diet. For extras, do not eat too many. Only eat five or less servings per week. This is to ensure your healthiness.

Here are absolutely wonderful sites to check your calorie consumption and the amount of caffeine you're drinking. The site Caffeine Informer tells you how much caffeine is in mostly any drink. Ranging from Starbucks Coffees to Chameleon Cold Brews, this caffeine checker (almost) has it all! Calorie King is also a very useful site. It can tell you the amount of calories you consumed from your meal. This site has information from numerous fast food chains. It even gives the nutritional facts! Calorie Counter is very similar to Calorie King. How about you give these sites a go?

The benefits to staying healthy are almost mind-boggling. Eating healthy can improve your productivity. No more procrastinating on that long past due date essay. Healthy foods from the five food groups can act as fuel for your brain. Another benefit is that your mood will be boosted. No more gloomy, awful days. No more dreading the light of day. Maintaining a healthy diet can improve your mood and make you feel refreshed.

In addition to increasing productivity and boosting your mood, eating healthy can control your weight. This can also help you save money. In addition to that addition, eating healthy can actually make you healthier. Eating a good amount of food from the five food groups can reduce your risk of early death. This means that eating healthier can decrease your chances of passing away at an earlier age!

You should also exercise alongside eating healthy. Exercising can control your weight, strengthen your bones/muscles, improve your mood, and increase your chances of living longer. These all are both very alike to the benefits of eating healthy. By doing both, you could boost your mood, control your weight, live longer, and have more energy! All that just for eating foods from all the food groups every day and exercising for up to six days every week.
